1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Snorec ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Snorec does

Snorec records sounds during your night (such as snoring, sleep talking, and teeth grinding), lets you explore the recording through a waveform, plays a clean talking alarm using your device's text-to-speech, offers sleep sounds, and includes a world clock. All recordings and settings are stored on your device. The app works fully offline.

3. Not a medical device

Snore recording is provided for reference only and is not a medical device. The app records and plays back sounds so you can listen to them yourself; it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice of any kind. For any health concern, please consult a qualified professional. You use the app and act on what you hear at your own discretion.

4. Your recordings and content

You own your recordings. Because they are stored only on your device, you are responsible for managing and backing them up. We have no access to your recordings and cannot recover them if they are deleted or if the app is uninstalled.

5. Acceptable use

Only record in a way that respects the privacy and consent of others. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country or region regarding audio recording. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Purchases

Snorec is free to download with optional ads. A one-time Premium Lifetime purchase ($4.99) removes all ads. All sounds and features in the app are free to everyone. Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled according to their policies.

"Lifetime" means for the lifetime of the app and service, not your personal lifetime or in perpetuity. If the app or service is discontinued, premium access ends.

"Lifetime" refers to the operating lifetime of the App — that is, for as long as the App is offered and supported by the Developer — not the lifetime of the user or the device.
'평생'은 이용자나 기기의 수명이 아니라, 개발자가 앱을 제공·지원하는 운영 기간(앱이 제공·지원되는 동안)을 의미합니다.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, content, or the app itself at any time, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

If we permanently discontinue the App, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice via an in-app notice or this website. Purchasers of the Premium Lifetime (ad removal) will have received the benefit for the period the App was available; upon discontinuation, the benefit is deemed fully provided for that period, and no additional compensation is owed except as required by mandatory applicable law.

Your Premium Lifetime purchase entitles you only to the benefit described at the time of purchase (removal of ads). We may offer additional, separate paid features or products in the future; these are not included in your earlier purchase, and offering them is not a reason for a refund.

6.1 Payment (결제)

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; WELLPEACH never receives or stores your card or payment details. The price shown at the point of purchase is the final amount you pay and includes VAT (value-added tax) where applicable, including in the Republic of Korea.
인앱 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, WELLPEACH는 카드 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 구매 시점에 표시되는 가격은 부가가치세(VAT)가 포함된 최종 결제 금액입니다(대한민국 포함).

6.2 Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (청약철회 및 환불)

You may request withdrawal (purchase cancellation) within 7 days of purchase in accordance with applicable law, including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Because the purchased content (ad removal) is delivered immediately, withdrawal may be limited for the portion already provided to the extent permitted by law; even then, a refund may still be available under the store's own refund policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work to make recording accurate and stable, we do not guarantee that every recording will be captured without interruption, as device behavior, background limits, and storage can affect results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WELLPEACH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any lost recordings or missed alarms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material change will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
