1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Snorec ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Snorec does

Snorec records sounds during your night (such as snoring, sleep talking, and teeth grinding), lets you explore the recording through a waveform, plays a clean talking alarm using your device's text-to-speech, offers sleep sounds, and includes a world clock. All recordings and settings are stored on your device. The app works fully offline.

3. Not a medical device

Snore recording is provided for reference only and is not a medical device. The app records and plays back sounds so you can listen to them yourself; it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice of any kind. For any health concern, please consult a qualified professional. You use the app and act on what you hear at your own discretion.

4. Your recordings and content

You own your recordings. Because they are stored only on your device, you are responsible for managing and backing them up. We have no access to your recordings and cannot recover them if they are deleted or if the app is uninstalled.

5. Acceptable use

Only record in a way that respects the privacy and consent of others. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country or region regarding audio recording. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Purchases

Snorec is free to download with optional ads. A one-time Premium Lifetime purchase ($4.99) removes ads and unlocks premium features. Purchases are processed and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled according to their policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work to make recording accurate and stable, we do not guarantee that every recording will be captured without interruption, as device behavior, background limits, and storage can affect results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WELLPEACH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any lost recordings or missed alarms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material change will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
